Our team handles the logistics of hiring and managing all wedding vendors, along with the negotiation of contracts, detailed budget management, and the event day coordination, so that your wedding planning process is stress-free and fun!

Day of wedding Coordination

When you have the basics down and need a little help in executing the big day, we are here to help! The Summer House team will come in four weeks prior, coordinate with your already-booked vendors, finalize your timeline, visit the venue, and review your floorplan to ensure that no detail has been overlooked. When the event day arrives, our team will supervise your vendor, make sure everything is set-up as you envisioned, and then remain on-site to manage and direct your reception flow and all activities, from the first dance to the cake cutting ceremony. This package is perfect for the hands-on bride that loves the planning process but wants to sit back and enjoy her big day.
